JULY 21, 2008 – LOS ANGELES – The StressEraser® personal biofeedback device was selected to be part of the VIP Gift Bag at the 2008 ESPYs, which aired on ESPN last night. According to ESPN, just as the ESPYs celebrate excellence in sports performance yearly, the ESPY VIP gift bag celebrates excellence in superior products yearly. The extraordinary ESPY Gift Bag is jam packed with the latest in fashion, technology and luxury.
The ESPYs are unique in that they combine the biggest names in sports with the biggest names in Hollywood. All presenters and ESPY award nominees received the Gift Bag, which included exclusive luxury items created especially with them in mind. This year’s presenters included host Justin Timberlake, Samuel L. Jackson, David Beckham, Brendan Fraser and Lance Armstrong. The ESPYs
The ESPYs gather top celebrities from sports and entertainment to commemorate the past year in sports by recognizing major sports achievements, reliving unforgettable moments and saluting the leading performers and performances. The 2008 ESPYs, co-presented by HUMMER and Under Armour, will include both sport-specific awards such as Best MLB Player and Best WNBA Player and distinguishing “Best in Sport” awards, categories that pit different sports against each other, such as Best Team or Best Female Athlete. The ESPYs are committed to the advancement of The V Foundation for Cancer Research, established by ESPN with the late Jim Valvano, and announced at the inaugural ESPYs in 1993.
